By accessing or using the website triposr.org (the 'Site'), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our Site and services immediately.
About the Service
TripoSR.org helps you turn images and text prompts into downloadable 3D models in just a few clicks. The hosted version on this site is built on the open-source TripoSR model, released under the MIT license, and adds an easy online workflow, cloud GPUs, and a personal library of your creations.
Accounts and Google Sign-In
You sign in to TripoSR.org with your Google account. You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. How we handle the data we receive from Google is described in our Privacy Policy.
Use of the Website
You agree to use triposr.org solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Subject to your plan’s terms, you may use the 3D models you generate for both personal and commercial projects. You must not use the Site in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair its functionality, or interfere with any other party’s use of the Site.
Acceptable Use
You must not upload or generate content that is illegal, infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or privacy, sexualizes minors, promotes violence or hate, or is designed to deceive. You must not scrape the site, attempt to bypass credit limits or security measures, resell access to the service, or create multiple accounts to collect free credits.
Credits, Payments, and Refunds
Generating 3D models uses credits. Paid plans and credit packs are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and handles billing, taxes, and invoices. Prices are shown on the Pricing page before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them. Unused credits may expire as outlined in our pricing policy. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
The TripoSR.org website design, text, logos, and site source code belong to TripoSR.org and its licensors. The open-source TripoSR model remains under its own MIT license. You may not copy or redistribute the website's content or branding without permission.
AI-Generated Content
You keep ownership of the images you upload and the 3D models you generate, and you may use generated models in personal and commercial projects according to your plan. You are solely responsible for making sure your uploads and results do not infringe the rights of others. We recommend previewing each model in the built-in viewer before using it in a final project. We do not use your uploads or generated models to train AI models.
Suspension and Termination
You can stop using TripoSR.org and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@triposr.org. To keep TripoSR.org fair and reliable for everyone, we may suspend accounts that break these Terms, abuse free credits, or put the service or other users at risk. Where we close an account without a breach on your part, we will refund unused paid credits.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TripoSR and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or services. All tools and content are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of TripoSR.org is also governed by our Privacy Policy at https://triposr.org/privacy-policy, which explains what data we collect, including data received through Google Sign-In, and how you can have it deleted.
Modifications to the Terms
We may update these Terms when the service or the law changes. We will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes take effect 14 days after posting. Your continued use of the Site after that constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Los Angeles, California.
